The "Finanzapedia" name and logo are our trademarks.

4.2. Your Content & License to Us.

You retain ownership of any data, calculations, or watchlists you input or create ("Your Content"). By submitting Your Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, and process it solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. This license terminates when you delete Your Content or your account.

4.3. License We Grant to You.

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use.

5. Privacy and Data

In no event shall our total aggregate liability for all claims related to the Service exceed the amount of fifty US dollars (USD $50.00) or the total amount you have paid to Finanzapedia in the past six months, whichever is greater.

9. Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will, in accordance with our Privacy Policy, delete or anonymize your personal data, though aggregated, non-personal data may be retained.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Estonia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Estonia.

11. General Provisions

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force. Our failure to enforce any right or provision will not be deemed a waiver of such right.
